Berezhki and Novinki settlements have been completed. Construction has also begun on the Bereg settlement.

SAPSAN commissioned the Berezhki and Novinki cottage settlements along the Pyatnitskoye Shosse (Highway). Construction of the Bereg assisted living facility began thanks to the fast sale of cottages, making advertizing entirely unnecessary.

The fact of the matter is that there were no specialized exhibitions, industry publications, or real estate sales websites in 1993 like there are now. Instead, motor shows were held as a regular event.

SAPSAN Company founder Sergey Shmakov displayed his Ford Bronco for sale—the one he used in his first race ever—at one of these motor shows. 

The car attracted the attention of many show participants, including the top managers of Gazprom and Rosneft. Employees of these companies then became new owners of all sixteen houses at one of the new settlements within just a month thanks to word of mouth effect.
