In 2006, SAPSAN Group of Companies again applied for the 3rd Annual National Independent Award for Achievements in the Countryside Property Market. The Award Expert Panel, Board of Directors, and Independent Jury examined all cottage settlements qualifying for the highest award and chose the winners from the best of the best.

At the awards ceremony held on April 5, 2006 in the Bolshoi Petrovsky Hall of the President Hotel (Moscow), the Knyazhye Ozero cottage settlement won the Grand Prix of the Third Annual Independent Award for Achievements in the Countryside Property Market, Settlement of the Year 2006. Based on general voting among the winners in the main Award categories, Knyazhye Ozero won the Grand Prix and title of the best cottage settlement in Moscow Oblast 2006.
